The plant covers a total area of 4,550 square meters. The rice production process, from its origin to the packaging, is carried out internally, working exclusively with Italian rice, through the use of latest generation machinery such as the optical sorter and metal detector (for removing iron residues) and the whitening machine they guarantee a high quality product, genuine and whole. Riso Salsa is equipped with raw rice paddy storage silos and storage silos for worked white rice.

Rice is sold in Italy and abroad in bulk, in Big Bag 1,000 / 1250 kg, bags of 2 - 5 - 25 and 50 Kg and packs of 1 Kg in a protective atmosphere (packaging that guarantees the nutritional and organoleptic qualities of rice).
Riso Salsa works many varieties of Italian rice, each with very specific characteristics, which lend themselves to the preparation of risottos, salads, soups, timbales, soups and desserts.
